We understand that sometimes, things don't fit the way we want them to, and we would love to help you out.
If for any reason you are not thrilled with your purchase and would like to return your item, please contact us within five days of delivery.
We will refund your item in the form of store credit for the purchase price of your order (the amount paid before shipping and after any applicable discounts.) Shipping cost are non-refundable.
Returns and Exchanges are only eligible if the item is unused, unwashed and has not been altered in anyway.
Store credit will be issued once the return items have been received back to us here at Heady Made Apparel. Once the return has been processed, we will send an email with the details containing store credit information.
If an item you order from us doesn't fit quite right but still want to rock it for years to come, don't worry, we are able to exchange it for a different size. Exchanges for different items or designs are not accepted.

You will be responsible for the return postage on all returns and exchanges.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 5 days of delivery at firstname.lastname@example.org to get you sorted out.
Due to the made to order nature of most of our items, please reach out to us within 48 hours of placing your order to have your order canceled at email@example.com. After the 48 hour, we cannot guarantee that your order.
